Yoga
I call to those of all ages who want to maintain or grow their yoga practice with a kind and experienced teacher in a supportive environment. Choose from a range of weekly classes around Bristol, in person or online.
Teaching yoga is a joyous sharing of my deep love and enduring relationship with yoga and all its benefits. It's a way of connecting people to themselves, to community and to the bigger world picture where we are all needed. All of my sessions include a warm-up to prepare the body for a content-rich, mindfully paced practice, with a deep relaxation to end. Perfect for those wanting to step away from the pace of modern life, if even for an hour or two to renew themselves. My interest in how the body works and where it goes wrong leads to stretches, strengthening, breath and stillness that supports good health in everyday life.
