Bookings open for Well-Woman Peri&Menopause Weekly Classes at Centre for WholeHealth, Southville BS3

Peri&Menopause, Well Woman Yoga sessions recommence at our new venue on Thursday 3 Feb 7.15-8.45 at the peaceful Centre for Wholehealth/LamRim Buddhist Centre, Southville, BS3 3BP.

These sessions are aimed at women in Peri&Menopause but all women seeking nourishing yoga are welcome.

The journey through Peri-Menopause and beyond is a challenging time in a woman's life, join us to explore and celebrate the metamorphosis. These weekly classes support hormonal, physical and mental changes.

Come as you are, to learn about all stages of menopause with the supportive tools of yoga and vital information along the way.

Practice active and restorative yoga poses that support and strengthen; breathing techniques clinically proven to reduce anxiety and insomnia; guided meditations & Yoga Nidra that ease the journey, plus discussions in the company and wisdom of other women.

Bring your yoga mat, tea, blanket and a notebook.
