There are still a few places left for tomorrows Womens Yoga Circle from 3.45-6pm
I am looking for one helper for a free place on the workshop, please get in touch. Doors open at 3.30 at Bedminster Quaker Hall.
Looking forward to our yoga time together tomorrow.
Please bring :
Something you like to put into the middle altar space
a blanket and cosy things for the Yoga Nidra, bolster if you have one
a notebook if you like or I will have paper and pencils if desired.
There will be yoga mats, blocks and straps plus 8 bolsters.
If you came to the last circle back in February, thank you precious ones. You may have acted on an aspect of creativity and/or well-being. I know someone was going to life drawing and loving it. I'd love to hear about what you chose.
Don't worry if that focus came to fruition, partial fruition or not, sometimes the thought is our first step. If you didn't come to the last circle, no problem, you might like to sow a seed for your own joy tomorrow.
Last month we had an altar or central space with candles, plants, fruits and some of your objects in the centre. When we put a little bit of us out there, to be seen, and held in the light, we are honouring and celebrating ourselves. Being willing to take up space, there is always space to practice and develop this more.
Candles, sound, community and practising yoga together is another way of honouring our precious selves.
Doors open at 3.30 and we start at 3.45 for the Full Moon, for International Womens Day and for you.
My very best to you
Nicola
