Today is the last new moon of 2021 and a time to set intentions for the next weeks, those leading up to the festive break and years end. The space between a new moon and a full one is just 2 weeks. A perfect time to reflect on 2021, and to contemplate how to approach the holiday season so it plays out in the way you would like it to.
Tonight our practice will be based on reducing anxiety and bringing excess energy from the mind into the body. We will explore the stomach and spleen meridians, for better digestion and processing. Journey on a starlit yoga Nidra for more deeply sustaining yin energy.
