Hi all
Last week's practice was around the image of the Mountain, and drawing towards inner and outer strength to hold steady, even when life is pulling and pushing us around.
This practice has stayed with me all week in challenging moments and I thought of stone people, the large rock effigies of ancient elders looking out over land, sea and time, with deeper knowing and ancestry adding to stability. If you come to my classes you will know that imagery and practice go hand in hand to create a nourishing and deep expression of ourselves through yoga.
This week we will draw on the Beaver Full Moon in the chilly days of late autumn. With a heartwarming practice, it's already been a month since the yoga nidra with full moons and autumn leaves flowing in the landscape of the body.
I did not give a great deal of notice last week for our term that started last Wednesday, so I have amended the term dates and prices online if you would still like to join us this term. See you tomorrow
