These sessions, based at the beautiful Quaker Hall and Gardens are a space to meet, practice and nourish ourselves with yoga designed for the peri&menopause transition.
I practice this type of yoga regularly for balancing hormones and keeping level. With a daily Yoga Nidra everything is better: sleep, mood, energy.
