One foot in winter the other in spring

I love teaching in spring term as its a time of great but not quick transformation. March alternates between winter and spring. With blossoms popping on trees, wind and rain, daffodils and crocuses bringing colour, unexpected cold snaps which accompany us into the next season.
Spring can bring up a lot of emotions and energies; it's a gradual shift enhanced by a gentle holding of the two seasons within our practice. Spring energy will gradually seep into our classes and move us towards warmer, longer days and energies towards the growth ahead.

Classes start with Going Deeper energising Yoga exploring the 8 limbs of yoga today at 6.30pm and is followed by Yin and Nidra at 7.50pm -9pm - tomorrow deeply nourishing and supportive Wellbeing Yoga, its a 6 week term.
