Peri&Menopause - Wise Woman Yoga Wednesdays

Just keep on practising, arrive on the mat with the good, the bad and the ugly.

That's my motto over decades of practicing yoga, I have danced to the mat and dragged myself too and it always helps to shift, to process, to celebrate.


These weekly sessions for women in their midlife transformation resume on Wednesday in person at Bedminster Quaker Hall, close to Windmill Hill, Bristol BS3 7-8.30.

Yoga can be adapted for any life stage. Here we practice gentle, patient, strong, slow, fun, insightful, mindful, creative yoga for body, mind and spirit. Discussing pertinent related issues along the way.

My background is in the arts and I relish creating classes inspired by the seasons, the moon, the news, the past, the present, the future and you all.

Weaving many strands together to form a cohesive practice. My aim is to empower and invite you towards the beauty and potential of your current self.
