Mindful Hatha Flow practice @ Urban Gym St Johns Lane Bristol BS3 In Person or via Zoom.
We will explore releasing the shoulders, neck and jaw with acupressure points.
We will weave in postures that work the meridians or lines of fascia in line with the season to invite balance.
It can be quite a challenge to get to class in the early winter when our energy can drag. I have upped the oils in my diet, making sure I eat lots of roast veg and warming soups
It always takes time to adjust to the new season, so be kind and gentle and get out there in the beauty of the falling leaves and autumnal colours.
Yoga always makes my body and spirit feel better, so long as I do it!
