Happy Wednesday to you all. I hope you are getting some time for yourself as we move into autumn and that you are getting enough of what keeps you well.
What does keeps you well? What makes you feel happy and nourished? I would love to know?
Yoga, nature, art, movement, meditation, a swim and sauna, long baths, rest, quiet, laughing, seeing friends, learning, eating/making good food, candlelight, watching films, reading books, singing and dancing, the odd glass of red wine all help me.
With nourishment in mind tonight's classes will have a light filled element and are an offering of deep self care. We will do a yogic meditation practice called Tratak, this is a visual form of gathering using candle light.
