I have been very quietly processing the change of season, not really wanting to communicate much, how about you? It seems we are so deeply interconnected that this has been the case for many of you too... reassuring ...
I have been feeling quite curmudgeonly this week, wondering how to keep things going with this and that. So I turned to the quiet and deep form of yoga - Yin and Yoga NIdra offer an incomparable space for rest and growth, time to let the tides out and listen inwardly to what might not be heard in the course of normal life.
As we really transition into the autumn, adding rest and space to evolve and ingather becomes essential. What do you do for your well-being at this time of year? I'd love to know x
