I love this session over the winter break, a radiant celebration of the longest and darkest night of the year toasted with movement, breath and rest and a few more delicacies. We will light candles to remember the light and mark the next pause on the Celtic Wheel of the year.
I have found these 6 weekly pauses powerful in marking and keeping track as the year flows. This day is the end of the waning and onto the waxing of light and the next phase of winter.
