A lot of you were out cheering on the Lionesses at Ashton Gate last week, and what a result, amazing!
Its important to celebrate and support, and its good to do that for ourselves too.
I encourage you to join us in one way or another this term. Late winter and early spring can be a challenge, but the brighter days build our energy and reserves.
There are many celebrations this term that help us to get through to the end of March and 'proper spring', with all the new life, hope and energy that nourishes.
We will be drawing on nature's rich symbolism for themes in class.
1 March Tonight more on equanimity and exploring head, shoulders and hips 8 March Sap Full Moon & International Women's Day
15 March New beginnings
22 March Spring Equinox
29 March Exploring the spine
It would be great to have you along for this gentle and poetic self care practice. Book here for the remaining 5 weeks this term or one off sessions if you prefer.
As you know i love to teach yoga in many forms and I have a new class starting on Saturday morning at Quaker Hall from 9.45-11am called Going Deeper. Take your yoga practice into more depth with pranayama, meditation and asana, this is a more active class that you might enjoy.
Always welcome your feedback and requests.
Hope you are taking good care. Nicola
