Hey all dear yogis. I hope that you are enjoying the summer. I have been holidaying - swimming in sea and river, taking in some culture and having a break with family. Now back and offering a few classes but also getting into my practice and realsing what a medicine yoga is. When practicing yoga I am fully present, my body moves and integrates thoughts and emotions. Things that can be overwelming recede. Movement and breath and being totally present come to the fore, crystal clear.
I will be running drop in classes on Wednesday 14 August Beginners 5-6pm, Going Deeper Hathat 6.30-7.40pm and Yin and Nidra 8-9pm come and join us at Bedminster Quaker Hall x
