Start the new year with a term of Wellbeing Yoga on Thursdays from 2-3pm. Explore and practice gentle yoga and wellbeing techniques with an experienced and kind teacher. Move organically through Breath work (Pranayama), Movement (Asana) & Relaxation to find greater flexibility and calmness, our practice is playful, deep, and tailored to you. Nicola offers an holistic and intuitive practice designed to reach you on all levels. Build confidence in the core postures and practices of yoga and explore organic movements aimed to shift energy and develop awareness inside and out. This class held at the peaceful Bedminster Quaker Hall overlooking a verdant and inviting garden. Reduce stress whilst developing strength, flexibility and calm. Blocks, mats, straps provided, just turn up!
